Peach Crisp

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup melted butter
1-2 quarts of fruit (add sugar to fruit if not naturally sweet)
*Add cinnamon to fruit if desired
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg and mix. In 9x13 pan or ramekin pour fruit and top with flour/sugar mixture. Pour melted butter evenly over the top. Bake 375 for about 35-45 minutes till golden brown.
