I have been eyeing some bookholders at a certain store for awhile but I just couldn't bring myself to pay the going price for them. I found this tutorial Flat Wall Bookholder of the exact bookholder that I wanted and talked Dan into helping me build it. I'm so happy with how it turned out and the materials only cost us around $6 because we had nails and paint. We are making a few more for the reading nook in our gameroom.

Love it! We're working on putting similar shelves up so Amelia has somewhere to store her books on the top bunk. By the way, your play room looks great!
