Cream Puffs
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Butter
1/8 tsp Salt
1 cup All-purpose Flour
4 Eggs
3 cups whipped Cream, Pudding or Ice Cream
In a medium saucepan combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to boiling. Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat for 10 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with a wooden spoon after each addition.
Drop 12 heaping tablespoons of dough onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer cream puffs to a wire rack; cool.
Cut tops from puffs. Fill with pudding, whipped cream, ice cream.

Easy Navajo Tacos
Easy Navajo Tacos
Onion - chopped
1/2 - 1 lb Hamburger meat
2 cans Chili Beans in sauce
Shredded Cheese
Lettuce
Sour Cream
Olives
Salsa
Guacamole
Rhodes Roll Dough
Saute onions with hamburger meat. Add two cans of chili beans with sauce. Bake or deep fry Rhodes rolls. (Follow the instructions on the package for scones or pizza.) If you're feeling ambitious make homemade bread dough. Top bread with chili and favorite toppings.
